An unexpected detail that gives the portrait an ironic, theatrical twist. A variation from the celebrated Tema e Variazioni series, conceived in 1952, to collect or give as a gift.

Made in the Fornasetti Atelier in Milan. Minor variations between similar pieces attest to the uniqueness of each creation.
