- The Fornasetti panettone is the Atelier's homage to the city of Milan, combining decoration and gastronomic tradition.
A special, limited-edition box holds the artisan panettone with its architectural arches while on the top Lina Cavalieri is portrayed in one of the 400 variations of the Tema e Variazioni series.
The Fornasetti panettone was created exclusively for Fornasetti by the Davide Longoni bakery in Milan. It returns to the traditional ingredients including raisins, candied orange and citron peel, and combining them with pistils of saffron for an unconventional taste.
To enjoy the flavours and aromas to the full, the Fornasetti panettone is best served at room temperature, or warmed. Best before 45 days from the production date on the package.

Ingredients: Type “00” superfine WHEAT flour, clarifIed BUTTER, pasteurized EGG YOLK, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), raisins (sultanas, sunflower oil), water, caster sugar, SOURDOUGH STARTER (YEAST, type “0” WHEAT flour, water), candied citron (citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), honey, salt, saffron.
May contain: sulphur dioxide, nuts, mustard, soya.
