- The volume accompanies the Fornasetti Theatrum Mundi exhibition, held in the spaces of the Complesso Monumentale della Pilotta in Parma starting from March 2020, curated by Barnaba Fornasetti, Valeria Manzi and Simone Verde.
The Atelier's masterpieces interact with the rooms and collections of the Pilotta, giving life to a real Theatrum Mundi: a metaphorical place for the staging of every form of reality, reflected in the encyclopedic variety of Fornasetti decorations.
The volume follows the thematic partition proposed during the exhibition and tells the works on display with quotes from Fornasetti archive, with an introduction by Simone Verde.
