The large fish of the Lampuga rug is a decoration created by Piero Fornasetti in the early 1950s, here reworked in in a New Zealand wool and delicate silk version.
This Fornasetti rug is a hand-tafted, one-of-a-kind piece and any minor discrepancies between similar rugs are the result of artisan production processes.
Stocks of the Fornasetti rugs are available in limited numbers, in order to allow for artisanal production times and quality.
