Refund policy

Calicantus S.r.l. (the “Seller”) aims to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without any penalty within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products purchased on fornasetti.com.

To make a return, you must hand the items over to the courier within 14 calendar days from their receipt. The return shipment may be arranged through the courier indicated by the Seller or, if you prefer to organize it independently, through a carrier of your choice, but only after completing the Return Form. If you choose to return the items independently, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Please note that exchanges are not available, and items cannot be replaced with other products.

To start the return procedure, simply access the return request form by entering your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase.Once inside the form, you must fill in the required information, specifying the items and quantities you wish to return.

After completing the request, you will receive by email a prepaid label to be applied to the outside of the package.
If the return is shipped from a country outside the European Union, you will also receive a pro forma invoice, which must be printed and placed in a transparent envelope attached to the outside of the parcel.

You may choose to schedule a pickup directly from your address or deliver the package to a drop-off point of the selected courier.

1.CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

A. Complete the Return Form within 14 calendar days from delivery.
B. Products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
C. The identification tag must still be attached with the disposable seal.
D. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

2. RETURN RESTRICTIONS

Returns cannot be requested for:
- Food products (e.g. Panettone)
- Fragrances without protective film
- Face masks

3. SHIPPING AND REFUND

Once the return has been received, the quality of the goods will be checked.
If the return cannot be accepted, no refund will be issued and you will be responsible for retrieving the item at your own expense.

If compliant, the Seller will issue a refund using the same payment method within 14 days from receipt at the warehouse. Refund timing depends on the payment provider.
