1. Shipping methods and costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the type of shipping, destination, and product (please refer to the tables below). Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Estimated shipping times are for guidance only, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorization processes from the date of shipment.
For selected products, we offer a White Gloves shipping service, which includes direct delivery to your door, assembly, and disposal of packaging. For more information, please see below for all the necessary details.
For bulky orders, we apply a specific rate, which differs from the tables below.

2. Important shipping information
Please note the following information:
- Any customs duties, taxes, import taxes, or other charges applicable to the shipment may vary depending on the destination country and local regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping costs indicated at the time of ordering. It is not possible to determine the amount of these charges in advance. Customers are therefore advised to consult the relevant customs authorities in the country of destination r contact the courier responsible for delivery to obtain detailed information before making a purchase.
- All orders require a signature upon receipt.
- We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipment. Therefore, please ensure that you provide an address where you will be available at the time of delivery according to the specified delivery times;
- The courier does not ship to PO boxes or use poste restante.
3. When do we deliver?
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during business hours. It is not possible to schedule a delivery. The courier does not deliver on holidays or days before holidays.
4. Free shipping
We sometimes run free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order during checkout.
5. Insurance
Please note that we insure every order in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for every product delivered, at which point responsibility for the order passes to you. If you are not the recipient of your package (for example, in the case of a gift), then the person who signed for it is responsible for the package.
6. Tracking your order
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.
7. Taxes and duties
To ensure that shipping costs are accurate, we recommend that you select your shipping country while browsing our website. Local VAT will be applied to all destinations in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
For most non-EU countries and the US, shipments are made on a DDP basis, meaning that all applicable import taxes are included in the final price of the product.
