A sophisticated trompe-l’œil turns the box into a writing desk, where clippings, letters of greeting and writing instruments are gathered by a red ribbon. Davide Longoni’s new recipe adds a note of marsala to the tradition, in this limited, numbered edition.

The ribbon becomes decoration, blurring the line between the real and the imagined. A play of illusions that renews itself across the Fornasetti candles, where images are in dialogue with refined olfactory evocations.

A place for whatever deserves to be treasured. Fornasetti catchall trays and decorative objects bring a note of poetry to everyday life.
